PLEASE, DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
DO NOT use electrical appliances while standing on wet floors. INSTEAD – if no risk of shock, tum off circut breakers.
DO NOT wait to call for professional help.
INSTEAD – call an expert to minimize further damage of your property.
DO NOT leave wet rugs, draperies or clothing lying in wet areas.
INSTEAD – remove them to aid in the drying and restorallon process.
DO NOT walk into rooms where ceilings may be sagging from upper level water damage. INSTEAD – stay in unaffected rooms until your safety can be
evaluated.

SOME GOOD IDEAS TO KEEP IN MIND:
PLEASE DO remove valuable items from affected areas – not allowing them to retain water.
PLEASE DO place aluminum foil – not newspaper – under wooden furniture or wooden legs of furniture.
PLEASE DO hang draperies and pin up furniture skirts – not allowing them contact with wet floors to minimize water marks and dye transfer.
PLEASE DO remove as many small furniture items as possible – not allowing stain or rust damage to the furniture itself or carpeting.
PLEASE DO remove heavy wall hangings and pictures – allowing them to fall from water damaged drywall.
